Council Policy Reviews

Policies are a representation of the values that Council will uphold in its decision making. City of Darwin has 64 policies that provide a framework for Council to serve the community. These policies are reviewed once every term of Council or more often as needed.

Two Council policies have recently been reviewed and we invite your feedback:

This policy provides the framework for the investigation and enforcement of regulated activities and Council’s response to unlawful activities.
