A Developer Contribution Plan outlines the rate that a developer will be required to contribute towards the provision of infrastructure in the area.
The Lee Point Road Developer Contribution Plan includes the following three regions;
An assessment of Lee Point Road and the connecting roads within the area was made based on projected road usage and having regard to existing and potential development. This assessment found that both Lee Point Road and the associated intersections require upgrading to cater for traffic generation with existing and potential development of land within the area.
The Lee Point Road Developer Contribution Plan details the road infrastructure works that Council intends to undertake and the contributions that will be payable by a developer in the area.
In accordance with Part 6, Section 68 of the Planning Act (1999), the Lee Point Road Developer Contribution Plan is being exhibited for a 28 day period and can be viewed via the link below;
